Frequently asked questions
Do I need a bicycle box to ship my bike?
Yes! We always ensure that all of our bicycles are protected from any bumps, scratches and damages so we insist that all our bicycle shipping is done properly. We understand that some customers may not value their bicycle as much as others but we want to take the best possible care of all bicycle shipments by ensuring they are all protected in a bike box. You are more than welcome to use your own box provided they fit in the dimension restrictions (L-1.6m, W-0.4m, H-0.2m) which can be found on the home page. Please note the bike courier will not pack your bicycle into the bike box.

Do I have to take my bike apart for the bike box?
Depending on the size and type of your bike this can vary. We suggest that you remove the front wheel, turn the handle bars 90* degrees and remove the pedals to avoid exceeding your width limit. Please refer to our bike packaging video for further instructions. Please note that the bike courier will not pack your bicycle into the bike box.
